Leighton Meester, é a estrela da edição de junho da Glamour México.
Em entrevista à revista, a atriz de Gossip Girl,
queridinha de muitas adolescentes, falou sobre seu estilo, rotina de beleza e
boa-forma.
Frequentemente estampada em sites fashionistas por
seus looks, que nem sempre agradam, ela disse que não liga para as críticas.
“Me visto como quero e corro riscos por isso. Eu não me importo se dizem que eu
fiz certo ou errado, o que importa para mim é me sentir bem com o que eu estou
usando. Se vestir de forma elegante para um evento deve ser divertido, porque
você faz isso por você, não pensando em como faria sua personagem”.
Questionada sobre alguma dica de beleza, a atriz
brincou que é a pior pessoa para falar desse assunto no momento. “Eu sempre
digo que menos é mais quando se trata de maquiagem e cabelo, mas acredito que
se você for saudável, sempre vai ter uma aparência melhor. Claro, eu digo isso
depois de ter comido um macarrão com queijo, mas eu tento tomar vitaminas,
comer legumes, saladas, sumos frescos e fazer yoga".
A Gossip Girl ainda revelou que no
dia-a-dia gosta de se vestir confortavelmente e não faz muitos exercícios para
manter o corpo perfeito. “Bem, eu trabalho duro, isso conta como exercício,
certo?”, brinca. Ela confessa que só pega pesado na malhação, quando um papel
exige muito esforço físico.
Leighton está no elenco do
longa “That’s My Boy”, que estreia no dia 15 de junho, nos
EUA.
